These are the rules of voting I follow, I put them up so other people can learn and hopefully follow them as well, they will make TPT a better place.

@Voyager15: Good point, usually the bad quality usually comes from a quickly made save, one that was rushed, when I started out on TPT, I always reveiwed and refined my saves before posting them.

I upvoted because its just common sense and you seem to be the only person who gets it!

But what if a TPT newb had a super concept or idea that none of us thought up of... and he/she had a bad mouse and couldn't draw out the concept properly?

@belugawhale: A sloppy and messy save was very likely made in an extremely short time and/or very little work was put into it, new powderers can still make straight lines (even without the shift, ctrl or tab selections) in their saves. The bad and sloppy quality mostly comes from lack of effort, wich I do not appreciate, there is a visible difference when people (even newbies) put hard work or weak work into their creations.

I disagree with your comment on downvoting saves with bad or sloppy quality, just because we were all new to tpt once. I just like to tell the maker how to improve it, and don't vote on it.
