It looks like it needs a lens flare. +1
http://www.sciencemusings.com/blog/images/Jupiter.jpgThere is a warped shadow because look at this picture, on the top left. that shadow has an irregular warp in it because it is closer to the *edge of the planet. If the shadow was circular, this picture would look fake.
I do wanna give you thanks for giving me ideas I would need to add sooner or later
@GalacticCat: Thanks for the critisizm! actually, those 'planets' I assume you were talking about are actually the moons of the giant green planet, so when they are infront of their parent planet, they create a solar-eclipse shadow on the surface... just seaarch for "Jupiter Trasit" and you will see a real-life example. I might add a light purple in the stars in the back, but not too many visuals since the planet is the main point of this drawing.
the effect of the gradient shadow the planet with rings was cool! But some things left to be desired, as the fact of the star have the same size of the planet and have no brightness, and the shadow of the planet was bad ... also missed some visual effects those white stars in the background, you could have put some gas there to stay cool ... well, his save was more good than bad, just that I really tend to look more defects than the advantages. sorry, but I hope you understand +1
spray it in electrons and it becomes pixel art +1
