    Well, Its a big galaxy, That has formed into a ring shape, And the tacterians scanned it, Found it was ~85% devoid of life, decided it'd be a good place for the dreii and than decided to place them here, At which point the neshorish came outta nowhere.

    What is this galaxy like overall? My impression of it is that the Tacterians have scanned it to make sure that it is emptyish, and put the Dreii in it, leaving the rest mostly empty.

    TheLongGuy, If you want you can be the Neshorish, Found within the Luutio star cluster and than Metacalp... But be sure to cooperate with the dreii and tacterians because in the Neshorish' current position, They'd be killed in a near instant if they got in a fight with eithor.
