The AGM-65 Maverick is an air to ground, anti-tank missile designed for close air support. It has been used in at least 30 countries around the globe & has been in use ever since it was first used in the vietnam war up to now, in the fight against ISIS.

    The timed fuse is when the bomb flies through a window or falls through the roof to give the enemy an "Oh shit" moment.

    My personal favorite is the Mark 84 bomb, either as a contact explosive or on a timed fuse where it penetrates through the roof or window of a building and explodes.
