Man, what kind of computer are you running if your FPS is bad enough for you to have to spark for 14 seconds? Are you running off two potatoes wired together and connected to an old toaster? Is it a literal brick? Did you drop it on its head when it was a baby?
it depends on the person's FPS. some are able to go 60+ FPS and others are maxing out at 30 FPS and otheres are maxing out at other numbers
