    update: added INSL for the multi-beam.

    @natstar Yes I know but it's functionnal so it can be easily used in other saves. Also it needs to be used many times in one save. I'll post an exemple here:-)

    Only one small problem, this design is quite old, i used it for my space homepage and ive seen it on other saves as well
