The Spiron Galaxy has been home to many a galactic conflict dating as far back as 155,000 BTC. Now it is under the rule of the E.U.P. (Empirial Union of Peace) The E.U.P. have brought peace and prosperity to the galaxy and are extending beyond Spiron.

All of the tacterian ships are labled "TCT", to signal its a race noone here has seen before in an attempt to not be roped up into the war -

After detecting the war, They decide they will pick sides, Knowing that whatever side they'd pick, would win. So they scan every brain, hivemind, and AI in the galaxy with an advanced galactic scanning system, And try and find the AI/Hivemind/Species that would cause the best for the galaxy if they got control over it.
