This mineralizing device is used to convert DSTW to WATR by making DSTW touch SLTW. As a byproduct, some of DSTW turns to SLTW instead of WATR, and is thereby disposed of using the flushing mechanism.

    Could be made simpler by mixing DSTW with WATR instead, but SLTW makes a nice show.
