It creates tear in structure of space. portals can form only on spacestone or surface covered by stardust, but in outerspace its not any problem, becouse stardust is everywhere. it do launch an pure energy ball to moon-kind object nearby and with CC speed to far away moon-kind object, then tears covers. that makes that they are in one place together and in two other places once.
