First, a GLOW MOPA laser is used to generate pulses of light. Then, PHOT are converted to NEUT, moderated in ICE, put through a GLAS block (creating Cherenkov PHOT radiation), and the NEUT dumped into MERC.

    @sangu10 yeah, if you hook up some PSCN-NSCN solar panels to it... it could power the whole powderverse for eternity!
