    I'm actualy making a save that explains voting. So, not to worry. I will clear up some confusions.

    maby it's not one guy, but different one all the time? If he does not comment how can you know its the same one. Also, no one has to comment if they downvote. If they do so it's just means they don't like your work. it's not a hugh deal, just expressing their opinion. And you can't just call anyone who downvotes a hater, if they would cmment some mean things, then it would be considered more or less hate.
