the wings should make lift but it might be a little hard to see it because the stream lines get covered by the plane... (kinda inspirid by Wind Rises movie)

    it creates a lot of lift under the elevators, I would decrease the angle of attack on all of the wings, this will also increase the stall angle which is good, makes it climb faster.
