is boyl the most unused element there is because i havent found a use for it and ive never seen anything made with it

All are valid. 1px of BOYL and one of URAN can make a working, albeit slow, generator. And suddenly heating BOYL produces a sudden pressure wave, making it very useful for dispersing gases (powders and liquids too, though not so well in a gravity field) -
