Yeah, I've decided to disgrace everything I've accomplished in making AIs and make a neural network save. The aim of this sim is to create a reprogrammable network where every input has a unique output. Read comment for more.

More info: What I'm trying to do with this soon, is to add an on/off command output to every cell. This way, the pathways will probably be more unique. However, I'm having a finals exam tomorrow, so this is all you get so far.
