there are 5 sections - red, yellow, green, cyan, blue. (technically just r/g/b but they overlap). The amount of bits set in each section contributes to the final color. It doesn't matter where the bits are, they basically represent the intensity of light in that spectrum. So because of that, it's not standard 24 bit RGB format, it's something much more limiting, that also tries to mimic how light actually works.
No it is still all phot colors. the phot color spectrum is way smaller than you'd think.

That's not all colors. PHOT color is determined by a 32-bit integer. There wouldn't be enough space to display all 2147483647 colors.

Please tell me in the comments how too sign in so I can make saves for everyone because I think I might do good on that and no one else is answering me they just ignore me so please help me.
