An element formed by layering POLO and DEUT which reacts violently when it is moved and neutrons created by the POLO come into contact with the DEUT.

    it also reacts violently when it's own structural integrety is comprimised.

    Check my other saves for a tutorial, I made one a bunch of years ago. There's probably others around, but I think they were more complicated.
