My First Radar by XxbomberxX
Not very good, makes a lot of steam. Turbine powered (put WATR in the CONV to power). Pretty efficient though, as water gets used up slowly. Free copy.

I just realised that the radar is infinite. The converter turns some electricity into water if you top it up with a bit of water then it will last forever! -
