On activation, the Grav-Nuke generates neutrons, heating the warhead. Once the warhead reaches critical tempature, it explodes. The superheated particles heat up the Grav-Core in the nuke, which begins creating a localized grav-well, amplifying the power of the nuke in the form of protonic jets shot from the nuke. TL,DR: tiny nuke, giant boom.
