"Infinite" because I'm not sure if it would actually last forever.

LiquidPlasma This is essentially what goes on in a laser. Actual lasers use gases such as neon and run a current through, making more light inside that can sometimes be reflected back, creating a steady beam of photons. The light this thing emits is anything but steady, I might make a laser version at some point though.

It actually took a while to make sure that enough PHOT stay inside so that there are enough PHOT to keep the generator running. The QRTZ is so that the PHOT don't get stuck going up and down forever. Wait... that gives me an idea.
