This is why I'm fine with people taking my stuff simply by means of permission. It implies that respect is of importance and encourages people who are ambitious to do good by themselves. Besides, when they have something of mine in their save, it really helps them to learn about how the game works. And since I try creating stuff that is relatively true-to-life (i.e. machines that I've created), it can hopefully help people learn about stuff -actually- in real life.
I'm not so much concerned with the moral implications of 'stealing' content so much as I am with the very essence (if you will) of original content. It is obvious that no one is getting paid for the content they create (no matter how popular). I believe in catering towards the idea of sharing ideas as much as the next fellow, but I do not think that having people think that regurgitating particles from one person's save without digestion, so to speak, could ever be a good thing.
Let's not socially copyright methods of building things on TPT by treating similar manufacturing methods as theft. Might be better if, instead of inventor brownie points, we focus on making known the best methods of making hardware, yeah?
use one of my copylock and i reprot copied saves
I'm going to pm you today. If I don't get a response within 3 days, I'll try email.
@R33sesK1ng, I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Anyway, it usually takes me a long time to reply to comments. Next time you have something on your mind you should probably just pm me. However, the best thing to do is to email me, since I check my email the most regularly. If you have a complaint, consider taking it up there, where I'll see it faster (I don't get notified by comments on TPT saves.)
It's just the fact that you've placed the particles to construct... whatever you were trying to construct in the same way I did, and thusly is borrowing a design without credit. (I need to add some stuff saying you cannot copy without credit [oof])
@asthepanda3, The "design" is all too similar in structure to my ROM. They are both fundamentally the same, based on the mechanics and function they both visibly have...
Soon we will be able to run GTA inside TPT. +1
