    Depending on the size of the cell block, this might result in stable states, where sparks can be stored within a cell block. If this cell is sparked via an input, it can 1, ignore the input because of the current arrangement, 2, give a temporary response output, 3, give a temporary output and adjust equilibrium arrangement, 4, end the equilibrium.
