    If you build land, you take land from other areas. It can also happen in events. Let's say from all your underground mining you have a lot of land to dump in the ocean.

    Supercrafter: If a nation is small, then yes, a nuke is a pixel. If the nation is large (about Indonesia size ish) then nukes turn into symbols
