    The melting point of bone is surprisingly low, only 1670C, though it will only melt in the absence of oxygen (otherwise it will burn to ash before it gets hot enough to melt). What concerns me more is that somebody built a grenade with a 50-second timer and a 20 mile blast radius. You'd have to move at double the speed of sound to avoid killing yourself.
