    guess TPT servers had a stroke for a minute, i wasnt able to update this save, it said HTTP Error 605: Request timed out. but now it works

    added an INST DEC>BIN, probably the first ever DEC>BIN that uses this kind of INST tech.

    Idea! I'm too lazy to implement, but things could work) Use my FILT memory writing head(or any analog), then make line with that modulated FILT working in AND regime(like my reading head). Through that line you should emit BRAY modulated for every pixel as one bit ray. That decoder has unfortunate limitation -30 lines, but it's definetly new construction.

    thx for "fixing" my CRAY BIN>DEC, you didn't really fix it, you just made it smaller, but oh well, that's really nice too!

    not all BIN>DEC types , you forgot a adress BIN>DEC decoder
