An ALU-ready kogge-stone adder-subtractor. The top version has more awkward inputs, but is slightly thinner than the bottom one, which has normal inputs. Feed -1 into subtract mode to subtract, 0 otherwise. Carry is either 0 or 1. 30th bit always set.
