    Dueterium I dont know much about. but duet oxide is used in reactors and is not explosive.

    How to make neutrons go slow: Open the console and type !set vx neut 0 and !set vy neut 0. This will cause the neutron to be totally still. VX and VY represent Velocity-X and Velocity-Y, you can directly control the velocity of any particle with it, though it takes some practice to understand how fast adding +10 is or +20 is.
