A wall that can stop at least one blast of a nuke, including lightning nukes. Can garrentee resistance to one nuke blast. Is able to withstant argulaby the strongest nuke in TPT, the Lotus. (If packaging is damaged, do NOT use)

    I'll admit that using HEAC is a little cheaty, I have found that it can be moved out of the way by destructive bombs, so I don't count it as an impervious barrier.
