@3point00 i never said anything was wrong with conv, i use it myself, i was only saying that this alloy was using layering but had no conv in it

just an opinion on the internet though, and hopefully a good explanation as to why ^w^

while a really powerfull conventional bomb can be held back by careful layering and selection of elements, conv limits the type of bombs that can even be attempted to things using virs, sing, dest, etc. if it's impenetrable to temperature or pressure I like to avoid using it :3 you could also argue that diamond can be penetrated by DRAY, but you might have to go out of your way to do that, like using the above elements

CONV is effectively the only way of resisting dest or bomb, and is the reason why AMTR, SING, DEST, BOMB, and other "cheaty" explosives arent actually cheaty. I have an alloy someone told me took five minutes of dest swarming to break. It resisted, so dest isnt entirely cheaty. And it broke, but had TWO LAYERS OF CONV! If it can be broken, it is not cheaty. If it can be resisted, it is not cheaty. Thus: Only cheaty elements are things like WALL and DMND.
