Abardones nuclear bunker by peacefrog
A massive nuclear bunker (More for looks than actual workings, it isn't the best at holding off protons or anything) in a small mountain on the edge of Mount Phoso. It has a fuel plant, a vault and loads more.

(The ground trick is easy, place some powders, get loads of greys and browns and greens and smudge them together in the air on the powder , paused and then add loads of streaks of black deco and use CTRL and left mouse button whist using smudge to give it a streaky effect and unpause so it all falls down to make amazing ground. -
