This station routinely enters and exits the atmosphere of multiple planets, due to such conditions of atmospheres, there is a large cramic tungsten qurtz composite shield to protect the station from atmospheric reentry.

  hmm that station looks like it has to have a ion engine or something not so powerful, also why place the thruster at the back??? You'll then have to turn the entire space station around just to reenter the atmosphere

  why would a station enter planetary atmospheres? it just wastes fuel and power
