    as far as i know,you never stated anithing about hig resurce costs. If i understand corectly the 2 Lightjears^3 means the Side of the buble,but to have the other races inside it it would have to Cover half of the galaxy. you also never stated anithing about Something fragile or Dangerous. you say that you cann make anithing apear Out of Vakuum and disaper. that is the Definition of ultimate power over an area. corect me If im wrong whit these things.     firstly, 90% of the forces in sol are fromm interstellar Origin. as you seem to ignore that: there are schips leaving sol and going to sol. If you ignore that: there are multiple other Species in sol,proving you wrong in what your saying,wich also proces you wrong about having Control over sol.
