  so It's eerie, anything that touches it will turn into nothing, while observers will start forgeting about the target unless they look at the target, due to this, computers are given the parameters for destruction, it may start seeing glitches in it's visual system, but using GPS, it can calculate where it was and where it is right noe.

  So, I won't say the exact blueprints, but what it does is eliminate the particles that it touches, and also erases the existence of the target in the timeline, so when I destroy the Moon with this, nobody in Earth would never know the Moon existed
