This is the world in 1885, the Berlin Conference just ended, and now africa is going to be colonized to crap, the u.s running out of manifest destitny, and other things. i cant say this is 100% accurate.

    According to the "St. Petersburg Treaty" of 1875, the Russian Empire abandobed the Kuril Islands in exchange for the recognition of Sakhalin Island as Russian territory. The Kuril Islands became part of Russia again only in 1946.
