  the recommended speed is !set vx phot 1 or 2 if you wanted faster but some reason less damage

  if the ammount and speed of photon is still high or extremely layered like what i used to pen the wall then yes the goo is penetrate able (it did go thru but not damage to the goo)

  the goo is impenetratable by heat but can easily break by pressure but neut create pressure not photon create pressure

  @mazhetter I did some tests and it apparently shows me that it's penetrable
