    theoreticaly yes, but in reality no.also gunpowder does not work when wet because of other reasons.and small corection to 2. comment, yes guns work but a gunpowder powered rocket would literaly just explode. " learn science "

    guns do work underwater but they weaker because of more particles than in atmosphere and more kinetic energy will be lost and they will work in space they have in built oxidiser learn science
