    cold fusion with ptnm can create nble and because u have fire the pressure stacks up. and the temperature from the burning wtrv can go up to 500C which causes hydrogen to go fuse

    the only thing that can generate noble here is spliting hydrogen with photon but hydrogen dont leave generator so something other creates it
