    Yea now that I look at it from his other saves, this guy has major issues and is into a lot of conspiracies.

    Half of these saves get upvotes because no one has a clue what's going on in them. But my guess for what happened to this user, is that at some point, they got some mental disorder (like TPTbomb said) and started uploading saves like this.
