LNCR (Launcher) is a simple electronic element that, when sparked, fires a particle in the direction you choose. While its main applications are in guns and weapons, the control it gives over momentum gives it many uses in various devices.

    Yes it can! You can adjust it while configuring power by scrolling after releasing shift while still holding the mouse down.

    @Sandboxvoid I would be quite flattered. An element similar to AMMO has been created in a PR, but there's no sign it's going to be added.
