My second geiger counter. The first one that i made was ok but was not really accurate because they were no units so i made this one that actually gives real life units. This model was based on the GQ GMC-300+ / QG GMC-320+.

    It's only sensitive to Beta particles, X-Rays and Gamma particles, they do have one that detects alpha particles too but it's almost four hundred dollars

    @Roufox That's the only one I have but honestly I would reccomend it, it's a really good geiger counter for the price, especially considering that alot of geiger counters are several hundred dollars

    a long exposure should be displayed

    @KingDroopynuts low doses of radiation don't need to be displayed

    This is cool, but isn't very sensitive to radiation.
