Subframe components for displaying and entering BCD numbers, for converting from BCD to excess-3 encoding and vice versa, and for excess-3 arithmetic. Excess-3 arithmetic was used in calculators, cash registers and CPUs of the 70's (including the 6502).

@BlueLobsterTPT They're 6-segment displays. 5-segment displays look a bit silly because they inevitably have one or two numbers that either have too few or exta lines, with 6-segment displays it's just the zero that either looks too small or is asymmetric.

how many segments does it have it looks like 5 if it is you one of the first that made good 5 segment display numbers
