    Some remarks: 1) Hub pages are never underrated, they're created by popular players to harvest easy votes. 2) If you produce a series of saves (like howtos) the more of them you produce, the fewer votes they'll get (unless they're art saves). 3) Tech saves struggle, I have a +100 save that lingered on +2 for a day and wouldn't have made FP if I didn't reupload it. If you want tech saves to become more popular vote them up so the techies don't get demotivated and vote up your tech saves too.
