    i also recommend a button for each temp like 100, 200, 300 celsius, make a SWCH that only turned on by button, put sensors everywhere in the chamber, the SWCH can be turned off by 2 sensors reached a particular temp, you now have a functioning microwave!

    Suggestion: Make a box, put PUMP on the side and put a radiator (METL, TUNG...) next to it, then make small holes for the heat to spread, then turn the PUMP on, then you have a working microwave that spread heat evenly!
