A shelter that uses anomalous materials to weather out any storm. Now should be hopefully safe against THDR and pressure bombs. Don't know why the TTAN failed to hold back pressure but it should work now. Should.

  but just turn off ambient heat. Also, how is lightning striking inside a CAVERN?!?! Like thats the whole reason it isnt above ground its so that you cant have it destroyed by natural causes. also before you start screaming about earthquakes, this facility was built in greenland, one of the few places where the crust has not changed sinced it first cooled a billion years ago
