A freeze ray cooled with liquid and solid nitrogen and a laser lancer at 8725 celsius. Both lasers have diamond mirrors.

    Also, you do know that photons cannot be "cooled" or "heated"? Photons do not have temperature, also you, being an idiot, have not realised that it does freeze water

    some freezeray - check the temp of the freezeray it heats the water instead of cooling it
