This is the most cordial flame war ever. Hopefully it's resolved now. This save would of course be improved by not using stolen assets (yeah it's hard to make your own cities, but take inspiration from them). Best not to downvote other users who you think may have downvoted your own.
It's a shame that TPT doesn't support Cyrillic, because judging by the flag in your save, you're Russian too, and the ability to communicate without a translator would make communication much easier
Conclusion: you don't need to evaluate something else badly just like that (as in this case) My translator has already started to work poorly, so it may not be clear. I evaluate it honestly. Thanks for not being aggressive.

Also, if the saving was done a little bit, it does not mean that you need to dislike, like me, either nothing or like (damn how many times I have already written the word like or dislike).
So you just need to understand that if you want likes, you need to really try to make a good save that doesn't look like it was put together from ready-made assets or drawn in a few minutes.
Yes, some of my saves aren't as good as others, but even the worst ones (at least the ones that were posted) had at least hours of work put into them. Your saves don't look like you actually put a lot of effort into making them. This city - recolored assets from other's saves. "Star Kaer" - some yellow and red deco and smudge tool. "Galaxy art" - some plasma, either naturally scattered or copied/pasted.
