Saves utilizing molten rock for the production of gold may benefit from bulk lava tank designs, as this increases the number of neighbors any given lava pixel has. This can only serve to increase the conversion rate from rock to gold.

    ah, so that means your pressure was not perfectly controlled. Rock can turn to many things based on its temperature and pressure.
