Flares are used by people in danger. The launch the into the air to help people to find them. They are bright so they can be seen
no offence but this sucks its nothing like a flare its suppossed to steadily and slowly burn to make smoke to call in an air strike, it was used in WWII, and are NOt supposed to explode
