    Tape helps me ID my mags from someone else's. if two people have an M4 with metal mags, putting tape on one would help know which one's whose

    thats differnt but putting them on 1 mag is just for show i guess

    i play airsoft to and i use tape on my mags to hold them together.

    Y u put tape on the mag? it doesn't give extra grip i play airsoft and own a real gun and it is pointless unless its just for show or a special type on mag and ur marking that its special. w.e +1
