I've done this in real life, and it doesn't taste too bad. The only difference is in real life, the CO2 spills over the top and it looks misty. People do this for Halloween decorations, too. Looks pretty realistic in fancy/fire display.

    Use decorations, so the gas will have the same color than in the real life. Example: Ice (decorated) + heat = water (with the same color).
