We've all seen ISOZ reators, and they work fairly similar to deuterium reactors. Not this one though. This one takes advantage of both the photons and the heat generated. It goes through fuel at a low rate, so less fuel does a lot more than it used to.

    You know, you could use the heat generated from repeated sparking of the METL from the PHOT to help with the heating of the WATR, and make it more efficient, in that heat is used, not lost. :)
